I am a pre-licensed therapist working toward licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Mount Union in 2019 and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University in 2022. Since then, I have been working with individuals and couples in an outpatient setting.
My areas of work include, but are not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship and family conflict, self-esteem, and life transitions with individuals and couples . I work from a systemic perspective, meaning, I look at all aspects of your “system”, which includes family, friendships, romantic relationships, school, work, and more. I also work from a collaborative standpoint, in that we both work together to help you navigate the change you want for yourself. After all, you know yourself best!
I am currently only able to provide telehealth services
